Aluminium poles

Our company is a supplier of conical and cylindrical aluminium poles and masts. The products range in height from 2.5 to 12.5 metres. They are offered in split and one-piece versions. Our poles comply with all required standards, including those applicable to safety poles. They are available in various shapes and diameters, but they are consistently compatible with current market standards.

Our poles come in both untreated and anodised versions, in a spectrum of colours ranging from silver (C-0) to black (C-35), and including shades like olive, blue, and champagne.  With our machinery and facilities, we can guarantee the repeatability of parameters, precise dimensional tolerances, and superior surface quality.

Aluminium sections

We offer an extensive selection of aluminium sections extruded from 10″ and 12″ ingots. We use 5000, 6000, and 7000 series alloys. Our primary expertise lies in the development and manufacture of products for the transport, automotive, and construction sectors. The sections are available in both untreated and anodised versions, in a spectrum of colours ranging from silver (C-0) to black (C-35), and including shades like olive, blue, and champagne.

Nitriding of dies

The process is carried out in a single-component atmosphere. Process control is based on a careful selection of process parameters which have been developed through a series of trials and tests to find the optimum surface properties of the dies.  The method is suitable for achieving layers with a predetermined phase structure, including the desired number of iron nitride zones with specified thickness, nitrogen concentration profiles, and hardness.

The main benefits include longer tool lifespan and reduced need for regeneration. Additionally, the process allows the production of precise and uniform products with controlled phase structure and layer thickness. This eliminates the nitride mesh typically found at grain boundaries and edges, contributing to better overall durability.
