GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Purposes, Legal Bases, and Periods of Personal Data Processing

  1. Your personal data is processed by the Company for the purpose of maintaining the website https://adtsolutions.pl/, ensuring its proper operation (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Company for the purpose of processing orders, concluding and performing contracts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  3. Furthermore, your personal data is processed by the Company in order to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  4. Your personal data is also processed in order to respond to your inquiry, in connection with ongoing email correspondence (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  5. Your personal data will also be processed for direct marketing of the Company’s own products or services based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  6. If you give separate consent to receive marketing contact from the Company via email or telephone, your email address/phone number will be processed by the Company for the purpose of such contact via these communication channels based on your separate consent (Article 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law). The expression of the aforementioned consents is voluntary, but failure to express them will prevent marketing contact from the Company via email or telephone.
  7. Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Depending on the purposes of processing, your personal data will be processed:

  • for the duration of the contract, order fulfillment, and then for the period resulting from legal regulations (in the case referred to in point 2 above),
  • until the expiry of legal obligations (in the case referred to in point 3 above),
  • for the period necessary to respond to your inquiry or until you object (in the case referred to in point 4 above),
  • until you object (in the case referred to in point 5 above),
  • until you withdraw your consent (in the case referred to in point 6 above),
  • for the limitation period for claims (in the case referred to in point 7 above).

Scope of Personal Data Processing

The following data is processed in the Company’s services and systems, as well as in connection with the provision of services and sale of products by the Company:

  • Company name
  • First and last names
  • Email addresses
  • Business address
  • Delivery address
  • Bank account number
  • Phone numbers
  • Other voluntarily provided data

All data is processed in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection, in particular GDPR, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, according to the purpose and time of their processing, and access to them is limited in accordance with the Company’s internal regulations on personal data protection.

Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator, in particular to entities providing IT services to the Administrator, software providers, and email service providers.

Entities processing personal data on behalf of the Company act in accordance with concluded personal data processing agreements and only in accordance with our instructions.

Your personal data may also be disclosed to entities authorized to receive your personal data under the law. In addition, persons authorized by the Administrator may have access to your personal data.

Data Security

We make every effort to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unauthorized modification, disclosure, and destruction. To ensure data security, we use/take, among other things, the following measures/actions:

  • SSL encryption on platforms where we store data
  • Firewall and IDS/IPS systems
  • Access to personal data is granted only to those employees and external companies who need access to them to process them for the Company’s purposes. In addition, under the contract, they are obliged to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • We control our methods of collecting, storing, and processing information, including physical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access to the system.

Cookies


A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your device (e.g., computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit certain websites. These files allow these websites to store and retrieve information about the user’s browsing habits on the website and their device and to recognize the user based on this information.


However, the data received is limited. It only concerns the number of pages visited, the locality where the IP address connecting to the website is located, the frequency of visits, the duration of visits, the browser, the operator, and the type of terminal from which the visit to the website is made. Data such as the user’s first name, last name, and postal address from which the connection is made is not obtained.
