Manufacturing technology

Production of aluminium poles

Our conical and cylindrical aluminium poles are the outcome of extensive R&D efforts undertaken in partnership with an anodising plant collaborating with ADT Solutions, along with Poland’s leading research centre specialising in forming processing for decades. Through the collaborative development of rotary crimping technology, we manufacture seamless straight poles up to 12.5 metres in height. Our commitment to quality is reinforced by the fact that we manufacture the aluminium preforms in-house, ensuring meticulous control over the manufacturing process before crimping is performed. As a result, we are able to uphold the highest technological standards and manufacturing tolerances. Both our poles and aluminium sections are available in untreated and anodised versions, in a spectrum of colours ranging from silver (C-0) to black (C-35), and including shades like olive, blue, and champagne.

Extrusion of aluminium sections

Extrusion of aluminium sections is the foundation on which our business has grown. Our area of expertise is the production of challenging aluminium sections, with complex shapes and tight dimensional tolerances. We have an advanced 3750t co-rotating press for 10″ and 12″ ingot sizes. The production line is equipped with solutions that are unparalleled in Europe, encompassing a full range of methods for cooling the sections and dies, as well as a patented system of artificial ageing tests for aluminium sections. By effectively leveraging these resources, we can provide a wide range of sections specifically tailored for the transport, automotive, and construction sectors. The sections are available in both untreated and anodised versions, in a spectrum of colours ranging from silver (C-0) to black (C-35), and including shades like olive, blue, and champagne.

Nitriding of dies

Our vast experience in the industry shows that the accuracy of the extrusion process and the premium surface quality of aluminium sections require suitable preparation of tool sets.

This is why, based on the results of an R&D project spanning several years, we have implemented a unique thermochemical die treatment technology. A state-of-the-art furnace, coupled with our extensive know-how, ensures complete control over the relevant processing parameters to guarantee precise management of the properties of manufactured layers.
